Terms, in plain language.

1. What FrontPage is

FrontPage is a subscription service by VGJ Digital (Jamaica) that provides a professionally built, hosted, one-page online business profile. It is not a full multi-page website, and it does not include a custom domain — custom domains are part of Website Lite, a separate service.

2. Plans and billing

• Monthly: JMD $5,000 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment (minimum initial value JMD $15,000). After the first 3 months, billing continues monthly until you cancel.
• Annual: JMD $50,000 per year, paid upfront, covering 12 months of service. The plan renews annually unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payments are processed in JMD or USD through Fygaro, a secure payment gateway; card details are never collected on this website. Prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars and may change. If a price change affects your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and it will only take effect at your next billing cycle or renewal.

3. Cancellation

• Monthly clients may cancel any time after the 3-month minimum, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are given for a started month.
• Annual clients may cancel before their renewal date. The current paid year runs to its end; annual fees are not refunded pro-rata unless we failed to deliver the service.
• When a subscription ends, the FrontPage is taken offline. We will keep your content available to you for 30 days after cancellation on request.

4. What is included

Your subscription covers the build of your one-page profile, hosting, maintenance, and reasonable basic updates — changes to contact details, links, opening hours, prices, or short lines of text, typically applied within a few business days. Redesigns, new sections, photography, copywriting beyond the basics, and major content revisions are quoted separately before any work starts.

5. Your content and responsibilities

• You confirm that the business information, images, and logos you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them.
• You remain the owner of your content. You grant VGJ Digital permission to display it on your FrontPage and to show your page as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
• FrontPage may not be used for unlawful content, scams, or misleading claims. We may decline or take down content that creates legal risk, with notice to you.

6. Our work and ownership

The FrontPage design system, code, and templates remain the property of VGJ Digital. Your subscription gives you the use of them while active; it does not transfer the underlying code or design to you.

7. Service standards

We aim to keep your FrontPage online and fast at all times, but no host can promise 100% uptime. If there is meaningful downtime caused by us, we will fix it as a priority. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to FrontPage is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Review and approval

Before your page goes live, you review it and may request reasonable adjustments. Once you approve it, further changes fall under the update terms in section 4.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of Jamaica.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date, and flag significant changes to active subscribers by email or WhatsApp before they take effect.
